Orders
An order is confirmed only once payment is received, or once a Cash-on-Delivery order is accepted by us. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.
Pricing & GST
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The HSN code and GST rate for each product are available on request and shown on your invoice. We may revise prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.
Nature of our products
Our products are natural, farm-sourced and made in small batches. Slight variation in colour, aroma, texture, grain and sediment is normal — for example, cold-pressed oils may settle and raw honey may crystallise. These are signs of purity, not defects. Product photographs are indicative.
Food safety & storage
Please follow the storage instructions and the "best before" date on each pack. Once a sealed food product is opened, its freshness is your responsibility. Keep products away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at amar@villagersproduct.com. After dispatch, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — the Villager's Product name, logo, photographs and text — belongs to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in our registered jurisdiction have exclusive authority over any dispute.
